Tony is a certified Leadership Developer and Team Builder under the Winshape Wilderness, USA and holds a Higher Diploma in Organization Development – Education Direct, USA. He has a wealth of experience in team building and training of top executives and teams having worked as the training manager at Brackenhurst International – currently Lukenya from 2003 to 2006.

In addition, Tony has been trained and has had the opportunity to train alongside some of the Leading training firms in the country, some of which include, Dale Carnegie, KPMG, GSK, Doulos and Peak Performance International. He has become a household name in team building facilitation and training in the coastal region growing significantly in ability and capacity.

Tony continues to be the vision bearer and is charged with the strategic leadership of the organization.

Moses Sammy Mandela
Business Development Director and Training Facilitator

Moses is a Civil Engineer and holds an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from the Association of Business Executives, UK where he is also an Associate Member. He has the experience of the corporate industry having served in various administrative positions his last being Executive Assistant to Regional Managing Director, East Africa at G4S Security Services before joining Teams That Win. Moses helps in drawing organizational management solutions as per needs arising from team building.

Moses has also held various leadership positions in society and has a passion for People and Leadership development believing in the principle of continuous development.

Moses is charged with identifying strategic opportunities for business growth and Training development opportunities.

Adet Maloba
Program Development Officer, Psychologist & Facilitator

Adet is a valuable addition and member of the team and holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Daystar University. Over time Adet has sharpened her skills in facilitation and evaluation of teams and team needs and together with the programs director help in proposing remedies. Not to mention she has become a darling of the teams we have worked with.

Victor Oduor
Facilitator

Victor is a trained counselor having acquired his Diploma from Search Institute, Uganda. In addition Victor is a life skills trainer with a passion for team development and thus is the brainchild of a number of new ideas with in TTW.

Victor is tasked with coming up with new initiatives as far as Team activities are concerned.

Shila Walowe
Administrative Assistant & Facilitator

Sheila is the girl with the energy of the whole team combined! She is trained in public speaking and handles our day to day office functions in addition to putting together our logistics. Shila has grown to be an able facilitator herself.
