Leadership is the ability of an individual to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of an organization.

Leadership development is more than merely listening to and having an understanding of your employees. Leadership development is the understanding of your emotional makeup and the extenuating factors, which prevent you from performing at your utmost. Anyone who has made their way to the top in business will tell you nothing can substitute for good habits, sound discipline and an unshakable sense of responsibility. A relationship between those who aspire to lead and those who choose to follow whereby an individual influences a group of individuals to achieve a common goal.

In these trainings or talk series, participants are taken through levels of leadership, shown the difference between managers and leaders, and given different types of leaderships.
